State Specific Credit Repair Contract Requirements
This short course will discuss requirements for State Specific Credit Repair Contracts or Credit Service Organization (CSO) Agreements. Each State, with a few exceptions, require specific language for both the Client Information Statements (disclosure statement) and Client Agreements in addition to CROA language. For the States without requirements you follow CROA.
I will not be going over CROA in this lesson.
