Will I need a seperate disclosure and agreement for each State?

Yes and No. There are a few States that do not have specific language requirements so you can use the same disclosure and agreement for those States. There are some States that have similiar requirements so you may be able to use most of the same language with some edits for those States. My recommendation is to use a seperate disclosure/agreement for each State so you don't need to edit the documents each time you get a new client.

Why can't I just use the sample agreement that is included in my software?

The sample agreement in your software is a starting point. These samples typically do not contain any State required language and do not have other important sections related to obligations, confidentiality, warranties, choice of forum or binding arbitration and miscellaneous provisions.

Does this course include a template for the disclosure and agreement?

No. This course is to provide you the tools to draft an agreement and disclosure statement. However, I do offer a template for State specific disclosure and agreement at an additional cost for those who purchase this course and decide not to draft on their own. The information to purchase will be in the course.

Will you review my agreement after I finish drafting.

I offer contract review and drafting for an additional cost. The information will be in the course.
