Yes and No. There are a few States that do not have specific language requirements so you can use the same disclosure and agreement for those States. There are some States that have similiar requirements so you may be able to use most of the same language with some edits for those States. My recommendation is to use a seperate disclosure/agreement for each State so you don't need to edit the documents each time you get a new client.
The sample agreement in your software is a starting point. These samples typically do not contain any State required language and do not have other important sections related to obligations, confidentiality, warranties, choice of forum or binding arbitration and miscellaneous provisions.
No. This course is to provide you the tools to draft an agreement and disclosure statement. However, I do offer a template for State specific disclosure and agreement at an additional cost for those who purchase this course and decide not to draft on their own. The information to purchase will be in the course.
